01 · One-to-one support

02 · Ages 3–12

Play therapy

Children often express what they feel through play before they can put it into words. Developmentally appropriate toys, creative activities, and therapeutic techniques help children explore emotions and experiences in a safe, supportive space.

03 · Support together

Family therapy

Families can strengthen relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Sessions explore family dynamics and strengths while building healthier ways to respond to conflict, transitions, parenting concerns, separation, or grief.
