Last updated: October 8, 2026. This notice explains how the Playful Pathways LLC website at playfulpathwayrnk.com handles information. It concerns this public website and general inquiries; it does not replace a clinical Notice of Privacy Practices or describe the handling of treatment records.
Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your first name, email address, subject, and question. Last name, phone number, and service interest are optional. The form sends the information you enter to info@playfulpathwaysrnk.com through Cloudflare’s email delivery service so the office can respond. Direct email and phone inquiries are separate ways to contact the office.
Please keep questions general. A service choice or question can reveal sensitive information even without a diagnosis. You can leave the service selection as “I’m not sure yet.” Do not include medical records, insurance IDs, diagnoses, treatment details, or a child’s name. For a child, a parent or guardian should use their own contact details. This form is not designed for children to submit their own information, clinical intake, emergencies, or appointment confirmation. Call the office to ask how to provide clinical or referral information through the practice’s appropriate process.
Website operation and providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, processes form submissions, and provides email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using technical signals such as IP address, browser information, and the website being visited. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
The practice’s email domain uses Google Workspace mail servers. Inquiry emails and replies are therefore also handled by the practice’s email provider. The website does not save submitted inquiries in an application database or intentionally write their contents to application logs. Hosting, security, and email services may retain technical records or message copies under their own settings and policies. Hartwell Holdings LLC maintains the website on the practice’s behalf.
Analytics, fonts, and external links
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate visits, page views, and page performance, with information such as pages visited, referring websites, browser/device category, and country. It does not use analytics cookies or local storage to identify individual visitors, and this website does not send inquiry field contents to analytics. This does not mean hosting or security services process no technical information. See Cloudflare’s analytics information.
Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces; your browser connects to Google to load them. See Google Fonts privacy information. The site does not embed social feeds or maps; clicking Facebook, LinkedIn, directions, or related-program links takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices. The inquiry form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Retention and security
Inquiries are delivered to the practice’s mailbox rather than kept in a website database. Latasha Saul and Cailin Cox are the practice staff with access to the inquiry inbox. The practice reports that inquiry emails are deleted after contact is made. Provider copies, backups, and technical records may follow separate settings and retention periods; deleting an inbox message does not necessarily remove every provider copy.
The public website uses HTTPS, server-side form validation, and bot verification. These measures do not guarantee confidentiality or make this general inquiry form a clinical records portal. Please use the office’s instructions for sensitive information.
